Dr. Nombuso Dlamini is the Project Co-Leader for the Cultural Interpreter Project. The Cultural Interpreter Project (CIP) supports B.Ed. and B.S.W. students in professional training in Education and Social Work at York University. The 2-year project is funded through the York University Academic Initiatives Fund (AIF). CIP emphasizes communities of learning, which integrate graduate and undergraduate Social Work and Education students in experiential and e-learning opportunities to enhance cultural capital for professional training in service delivery/school settings. Additional intensive online collaboration among undergraduate and graduate students in the two fields is available to self-identifying undergrads.
